Services & provision

The right offer for
every situation.

Whether you're a parent, a school, or a local authority — there's a clear pathway in.

For families

For parents & young people

Your child isn't the problem. They just haven't found the right conditions yet.

Every service is built on the Clearspace framework — a twenty-year approach to neurodivergent learning.

1:1 tuition & mentoring

In-person or online. Built entirely around your child — their interests, their pace, their strengths. Ages 7–25. In-person across Oxfordshire and the surrounding region. Online nationally and internationally.

Bespoke STEAM curriculum

Cross-curricular, project-based, hands-on. Robotics, engineering challenges, product design, coding, practical science, cosplay design and more. Connected to the National Curriculum — not confined by it.

EOTAS & alternative provision

Full or part-time bespoke education outside school. EHCP-aligned, professionally documented, with regular reporting for all statutory partners. Structured reengagement pathway from day one.

Transition support

Primary to secondary. School to post-16. EOTAS to mainstream reintegration. We specialise in the moments that worry parents most — and hold young people through them with structure and care.

Academic tuition

Maths, Physics, Science, Art & Design, Design & Technology — from foundation level to GCSE, A-Level and beyond. Including Functional Skills, Entry Level, AQA Unit Awards and ASDAN.

Small group programmes

Carefully structured groups of 3–6, built around shared interests and complementary profiles. Geek groups, STEAM challenges, project teams. Social skills developed through shared purpose — not instruction.

For practitioners

For schools & professionals

Specialist capacity when your team has reached its limit. We work alongside you — not around you.

Outreach

Specialist outreach & intervention

Direct work with your most complex learners — in school or off-site. Reengagement, stabilisation, bespoke project-based STEAM delivery. Aligned to your curriculum and EHCP targets.

Enrichment

Enrichment & curriculum stretch

Hands-on STEAM enrichment that meets the new Enrichment Entitlement — robotics, engineering challenges, design thinking, creative making. Stretch for all, especially 2e and high-potential learners.

Reintegration

Reintegration support

Structured planning and delivery for young people returning from AP or extended absence. Bridging provision, capacity-building, clear transition milestones and documentation.

Consultation

Practitioner consultation

Case consultation for complex learners. Approach development, differentiation strategies, PDA and 2e-specific methodology. Peer support for hard cases — not just signposting.

CPD

Staff CPD & training

Training for teaching and support staff on neurodiversity, PDA-appropriate approaches, strength-based practice and project-based learning. Aligned to the new National Inclusion Standards.

Reporting

ISP-ready documentation

Professional reporting aligned to Individual Support Plans, EHCP annual reviews and statutory frameworks. Clear, timely, and useful for the people who need it — not just compliance paperwork.

White Paper aligned

Clearspace services are designed to complement the SEND and AP Reform agenda — the Inclusive Mainstream Fund, National Inclusion Standards, Individual Support Plans and the Enrichment Entitlement. We understand the policy landscape and work within it.

For commissioners

For local authorities

Quality-assured specialist provision with a clear reintegration focus. Building capacity, not dependency.

All provision is underpinned by a structured developmental framework aligned to National Curriculum outcomes and 21st century skills.

EOTAS & alternative provision

Specialist bespoke provision for children with complex SEND profiles for whom standard AP or mainstream placement has broken down. Structured, evidenced, cost-effective alternative to expensive independent placements.

Reengagement → Reintegration pathway

A structured three-stage pathway with clear milestones. Every placement designed to build the young person's capacity for mainstream participation — not create long-term AP dependency.

EHCP-aligned documentation

Professional reporting aligned to EHCP requirements and the emerging ISP framework. Audit trail, review evidence, progress data. Transparent communication with all statutory partners throughout.

Transitions & post-16

Specialist support through the transition points where EHCPs most often break down — Year 6/7, post-16, EOTAS to mainstream, education to employment and independent living.
